Dinner - Mediterranean chicken with baby potatoes & grilled vegetables

30 min before dinner time

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.

  • Wash potatoes, cut into quarters.

  • Mix potatoes with olive oil, Italian herbs and a pinch of salt.

  • Spread over baking tray, place in oven.

20 min before dinner time

  • Cut courgette and pepper into chunks.

  • Cut cherry tomatoes in half.

  • Mix vegetables with olive oil and some herbs.

15 min before dinner time

  • Add vegetables to potatoes in the oven.

  • Season chicken fillets (both sides).

10 min before dinner time

  • Fry chicken fillets in a frying pan over medium-high heat (± 4-5 min per side).

5 min before dinner time

  • Check doneness of chicken & potatoes/vegetables. 

  • Chop basil.

Serve

  • Potatoes and vegetables from the oven, add chicken, sprinkle with fresh basil.

Breakfast - Bake-off sandwiches with healthy toppings

30 min before breakfast time

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.

  • Set up eggs (for boiled) or prepare pans (for scrambled/fried).

20 min before breakfast time

  • Bake rolls in the oven (± 8 min).

  • Cut cucumber and fruit.

10 min before breakfast time

  • Boiling/frying eggs.

  • Prepare spreads (cheese, chicken breast, cucumber, fruit in bowls).

Serve

  • Hot rolls from the oven, eggs on the side, toppings and fruit on the table → chalet breakfast party.
